TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS.

Breen Fabrications operates under the name of Mr. Christopher Breen. These terms & conditions apply to all goods and services provided by Breen Fabrications. By initiating a Project, you, the Consumer, accept these Terms & Conditions. All services will be detailed in an estimate or agreed upon verbally before commencing any work. Prices quoted in estimates are valid for 21 days; after this period, changes to prices, specifications, or services may occur without notice. Any typographical or specification errors will be corrected. If your specifications differ from the estimate, Breen Fabrications reserves the right to adjust the price accordingly. Descriptions and images are for purposes only, and minor discrepancies with the final product may occur. You are responsible for providing any necessary information regarding special requirements for services. All goods and services are subject to availability. Should changes be required to adhere to relevant authorities or safety regulations, you will be informed. Breen Fabrications may utilize external suppliers for goods, and you agree to abide by their Terms & Conditions as well. Details are available upon request. Customer Responsibilities:

You must cooperate with Breen Fabrications to ensure compliance with specific regulations. Access to the site where services are needed must be granted. Failure to do so may result in the suspension of services until resolved, and continued non-compliance may lead to service cancellation with written notice.

Basis of Sale:

Breen Fabrications reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason. Confirmation will be provided once an order is accepted.

Delivery:

Breen Fabrications aims to deliver all goods and services within the agreed timeframe. You will be notified of any changes to this schedule. If you or a representative fails to accept delivery at the specified time, you will be responsible for any redelivery charges. You agree to inspect all goods on installation or arrival for damage or defects and ensure you take photographic evidence and notify Breen Fabrications of any issues immediately.

Payment:

Payments accepted via BACS transfer. Invoices are sent after work is approved, either in writing or via email to the client or upon project completion by Breen Fabrications. Standard payment terms are 14 days from the invoice date. Payments will incur a 2% weekly increase on the total project cost. Breen Fabrications has the right to pursue legal action for debt recovery. Full payment is required within 14 days of service completion. Deposits are non-refundable, and by paying a deposit, you agree to this.

Risk and Title:

Risk of damage or loss of goods transfers to you upon order completion. Ownership of goods remains with us until full payment is received, and we reserve the right to reclaim or remove any goods until payment is made. Complaints regarding installed or delivered goods must be made in writing within 30 days of delivery.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This contract is governed by the laws of England, Wales, and Scotland. Any disputes may be addressed in one of these regions. We aim to resolve conflicts amicably; please contact us directly for any issues or complaints.

Withdrawal and Cancellation:

You may cancel your order without liability before the deposit is paid by providing written confirmation. Deposits are non-refundable once paid. If you cancel after the deposit but before services are rendered, the deposit will not be refunded. You may cancel the contract for any reason within 14 days by providing written notice, provided no services have been delivered. Once a project has commenced, you may be required to pay the full quoted price even if the project is incomplete to cover incurred costs for materials, services, and time spent by Breen Fabrications.
